Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our night shift. You’ll use an electric pallet jack, a voice-pick system, and a forklift to build pallets for retailers, loading correct products like Budweiser and Bud Light onto trucks.

This temporary 90-day assignment can convert to a permanent role with full benefits. Expect a Monday-Thursday schedule 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, a safety‑driven team, and opportunities to grow within one of America's best-known beverage brands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 165 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Forklift certification preferred or obtainable during employment.
  • Experience with forklift operations and warehouse tasks preferred.
  • Familiarity with Anheuser-Busch product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks using voice headsets.
  • Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage KPIs.
  • Ensure loaded products meet Anheuser-Busch standards.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of facilities.
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
  • Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
  • Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.

SALARY: $22.66-$27.30 per hour (including commissions)

SHIFT: Monday-Thursday: 5:00PM-3:30AM

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a temporary position with the potential to convert into a full-time, long-term opportunity. The initial role will be a temporary assignment for the first 90 days, during which you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the team. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will be considered for conversion to a permanent employee with full benefits.

ROLE SUMMARY: As a Warehouse Picker, you will use an electric pallet jack, or fork truck, plus a voice pick system to build package and keg pallets for retailers. You will be picking brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and more. You are responsible for safely picking the correct product and ensuring it is loaded on the right truck. Other job duties include maintaining a clean warehouse space, reworking damaged product, loading trucks, spotting trailers, verifying pallets, maintaining accurate inventory and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build stable pallets with orders and position them to loading docks from voice pick headsets
  • Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies and manage key performance indicators

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
  • Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°F -Temperature outside)
  • Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio
  • Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience, preferred
  • Previous distribution/warehouse experience, preferred
