Administrative Assistant, Financial and Customer Support Services
Summary:The individual in this position works under the general supervision of the CFO. Performs various specialized and responsible administrative support duties for each department within the Division; creates and maintains specialized records, reports, and files; interacts with department and Division staff and staff of other departments on technical matters; and performs related duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Georgia Driver's License.
