Job summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Michigan Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community. Position is onsite five days a week.

Duties include travel planning, vouchers through defense travel system (DTS), time and attendance management through ATAAPS, calendars, and scheduling meetings. We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Calendar management, booking travel, and organizing meetings.
• Previous workings with programs such as DTS and ATAAPS is desired, but not required.
