SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead procurement activities for DoD and commercial programs from Belcamp, Maryland. Hybrid work schedule with significant interaction across contracts, supply chain, and program teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant sourcing solutions.

The role demands strong negotiation, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and a track record of supplier performance management, cost savings, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifikationen

• FAR/DFARS knowledge.

• CPSR experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite based applications.

• Self-starter with great collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish, maintain, and monitor procurement purchase orders and subcontracts of low to high dollar, risk, and/or complexity.
• Support the selection, development, and management of strategic and preferred suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals.
• Establish programs for supplier selection, supplier performance management, and supply base optimization
• Providing contract-related surge support to the Head of Contracts as needed and occasionally performing departmental oversight duties when the Contracts Department Manager is unavailable.
• Negotiate and administer long-term subcontracts per FAR/DFARS
• Run market research: manage supplier performance and order fulfillment.
• Handle contract changes, continuous improvement, and risk compliance.
• Negotiate pricing (cost/price, best value) and all key terms: acceptance, delivery, warranty, IP, indemnification, termination and other potential risk areas.
• Track cost savings/avoidance; establish delivery and payment terms.
• Apply Import/Export (ITAR, EAR, DDTC), security, and government contract regs (FAR, DFAR)
• Follow and update procurement policies as needed.

• Security Clearance: Active Clearance or Eligible to Obtain - U.S. citizenship required
• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Depending on Experience and Education
• Travel: 5%

Minimum Qualifications Of Senior Procurement Analyst

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration related field OR 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree and 10+ years' experience in DoD and Commercial Procurement and/or Subcontract Management;. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
