Job summary

Archer Meat Snacks is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-moving, growing organization. The role is based in Downtown Los Angeles and onsite five days a week, with responsibilities spanning calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate will be polished, resourceful, and dependable, capable of juggling changing priorities with sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior-level leaders
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple requests, adjust to changing priorities, and work independently
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with people across teams and functions
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where needs and priorities can change quickly
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Administrative Support
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other materials requested by senior leadership
  • Maintain follow-up lists from meetings and help ensure deadlines and action items remain visible
  • Assist with recurring reports, special assignments, and administrative projects as business needs arise
  • Review incoming requests and information, helping organize items that require leadership attention
  • Support senior leaders with calendar management and coordinate schedules around shifting priorities
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including invitations, timing, participants, and required materials
  • Partner across departments to coordinate timelines, meetings, and administrative needs
  • Help prepare leadership meetings and team initiatives by organizing materials and related logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and maintain itinerary details
  • Complete expense reporting and organize related receipts and documentation
  • Support logistics for business meetings, conferences, off-sites, and other events
  • Serve as a point of coordination between senior leaders, internal teams, vendors, and external contacts
  • Help keep information and administrative priorities moving across multiple stakeholders
  • Provide broader administrative support to senior leadership as priorities and business needs evolve

Archer Meat Snacks is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to members of our senior leadership team in a fast-moving, growing organization.

This position will help keep leadership organized and focused by coordinating schedules, meetings, communications, travel, materials, and follow-up. The role will also work regularly with teams across the business to help information move efficiently and keep priorities on track.

We're looking for someone who is polished, resourceful, and highly dependable, with the ability to juggle changing priorities and handle responsibilities with sound judgment and minimal oversight. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting senior leaders and working across a growing organization.

How You'll Support the Team
  • Day-to-Day Administrative Support
