What You’ll Do
- Calendar & scheduling: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, prepare agendas, and arrange travel and logistics.

- Documentation & reporting: draft and format spreadsheets; maintain accurate digital filing and version control.
- Operations coordination: monitor and respond to shared inboxes, route inquiries, handle mail/shipping, and liaise with vendors.
- Expense & record management: process reimbursements, reconcile receipts, and help maintain orderly records for audits and compliance.
- Meeting execution: set up conference/Zoom calls, take and distribute notes, and track follow‑ups to completion.
- Data entry: enter/update client and prospect data; run simple reports and exports.

What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years in an administrative, office coordinator, or executive support role (professional services or financial services a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack/Teams, and basic spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with e‑signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
- Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through; able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication—clear writing, polished client etiquette, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Financial services background or interest in learning the industry.
