We are currently seeking a driven and resourceful Administrative Assistant to complement our expanding team. This position is based in our Lincolnshire, IL office and requires in‑office attendance 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficient organization and management of electronic and physical files.
- Handling incoming correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Providing clerical support by drafting correspondence and preparing documents for distribution.
- Assisting with incoming invoices and statements.
- Supporting various administrative functions across the firm, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making reservations.
- Maintaining office supply inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and verifying receipt of deliveries.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and firm communications.
- Managing office equipment and coordinating maintenance or troubleshooting when needed.
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees, including preparation of materials and office setup.
- Providing administrative support for special projects and firm events as assigned.
Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud‑based systems.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or general office experience preferred.
- Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
