Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indianapolis is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced office, helping keep operations organized and efficient. You will provide essential administrative support to leadership and staff, generate and format reports, manage calendars, and handle calls, emails, and visitors with a professional demeanor.

You will prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents, maintain filing systems, coordinate supplies and vendor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics by generating and formatting reports for distribution.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
