Job summary

Liberty Energy in Denver, CO, is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to help keep our fleet compliant and moving. You'll work with the Fleet and field teams to maintain registrations, support drivers, and ensure equipment meets regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for fleet-related inquiries and requests
  • Own the tracking and documentation of vehicle titles and registrations to ensure full compliance and operational readiness
  • Assist in compiling paperwork for new equipment purchases
  • Coordinate fuel card setup and troubleshoot issues to keep field teams moving without interruption
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in fleet management systems in partnership with the TMAC team
  • Track and follow up on maintenance requests for light-duty vehicles to ensure timely resolution
  • Reconcile monthly department credit card statements with a high level of accuracy and accountability

Job description

Under the direction of the Fleet Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping Liberty’s fleet operational, compliant, and moving. You’ll partner closely with the Fleet team and field teams to ensure equipment is properly registered, drivers are supported, and compliance stays on track.

Pay range and compensation package:

$50,000/YR - $70,000/YR
