You will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for a variety of essential tasks, empowering the team to focus on strategic initiatives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine as you manage assets, implement price adjustments, proofread materials, and provide overall administrative support. This role offers a significant level of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership and showcase your abilities.
What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments, ensuring seamless communication of details to all participants.
  • Manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with event coordination, contributing to the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and professionalism.
  • Pull assets, make edits, and proofread marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Update price adjustments, maintaining accurate pricing information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Create presentations when needed, showcasing your ability to synthesize information effectively.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of prior administrative experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a work-from-home environment, showcasing self-motivation and initiative.
  • A general understanding of the beauty industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.30 to $25.89 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
