Job summary

Forza in Council Bluffs, IA seeks a Department Coordinator to support Sales, Operations, and R&D managers with scheduling, follow-up, and day-to-day administrative coordination. You’ll help keep priorities aligned and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across three teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable picking up scheduling tools.

  • Assist with logistics for department-level events, mailings, or outreach projects as needed.
  • Support information flow from managers down to their teams.

Overview
