Communication Technology Services, CTS, is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for mobile networks in the U.S. The company specializes in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for the mobile network operators, enterprise and venue owners and network infrastructure owners. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our growing business in our Southern California office in Corona, CA.

This is an office-based position providing construction administrative support to the Southern CA region. It works closely with the Project Managers & Field Managers.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an office administrator or project coordinator.

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and build closeout documentation for construction projects
    • Review and process all testing documents
    • Review pictures and create PDF
    • Create Sweep Metrix/ Cable Routing Reports
  • Safety – create safety folders for each project, facilitate safety meetings and track attendance and maintain safety-training records.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating Sitetracker project data
  • Maintain and Update Technician Schedule
  • Assist in field requests as they come in (Lift Rentals, Equipment Rentals)
  • Assist in the AT&T project tracking in various databases
  • Submit closeout deliverables into the various AT&T databases
  • Maintain job folders in ShareFile and upload any documentation required
  • Maintain Subcontractor Purchase Orders (POs) process
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Email
  • Can do/ will do attitude & ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
