The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Prepare, format, and edit letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other required documents.* Collect and organize client data; maintain accurate and organized client files.* Generate and update client and management reports.* Communicate with assessors and tax collectors regarding notices, valuations, tax bills, refunds, and appeal deadlines.* Calculate and process reductions; perform follow-up billing.* Schedule and organize meetings; prepare meeting materials.* Maintain files, databases, and account history reports.* Provide administrative support to team members, including coordinating meeting rooms, postage systems, office signage, and employee lounge upkeep.* Assist with travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.* Maintain and order office supplies; research vendors and manage contracts.* Assist with new hire onboarding.* Provide additional billing support as needed.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Education and Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* 0–4 years of administrative experience in a professional environment.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.* High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential information.**Work Environment & Physical Requirements*** **Work Schedule:** Regular, 40 hours/week* **Travel:** Less than 10%* **Physical Activity:** + Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use + Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds + Frequent repetitive motions with hands#LI-JS1#LI-HYBRIDThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
