Align Precision Corp. in Maine is seeking an adaptable office administrator to support finance, purchasing, HR or a specific project unit. You will handle files, answer calls, arrange meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
The role requires 2–3 years of office experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong communication.
Position Summary: Performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. All other duties as assigned.
1st shift schedule Mon-Thursday 6am-4:30pm and Fridays 6am-12pm (46-hour work week).
Pay range of $23.19- $30.78 depending on candidate skill and experience.
