The Betty Hardwick Center is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide clerical support to the MH Services Division. You will help maintain tracking systems, generate billing reports, and support daily unit operations in a collaborative, respectful environment.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus some college coursework or an associate degree in Office Management.
This position will be responsible for providing clerical support to the MH Services Division. Duties will include the provision/monitoring and oversight of daily activities of the Unit including maintenance of various tracking systems, billing reports, vehicle maintenance and overall unit operations. This position will work cooperatively with other departments and the community in a professional and knowledgeable manner, always ensuring consumer rights are respected and observed. Computer proficiency, skills in written and oral communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential to this position. This position reports directly to the MH Program Administrator.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.
This is a Full-Time position. Benefits are available.
Will be eligible for a one- and two-year increase, depending on satisfactory performance.
