Job Description - Administrative and Generalist Coordinator - Hilton New York Times Square (HOT0BKBK)

Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offering 478 rooms and featuring newly renovated food and beverage outlets with breathtaking views of Times Square.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • 1 – 3 years of hotel experience or a relevant degree in the field
  • High organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to hotel policies
  • Team building and collaboration skills

Shift Pattern: Full availability required

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform word processing, typing, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, mailing, and note-taking
  • Handle payment applications and reconciliations in PMS, balancing daily
  • Maintain chargeback lists for reservations
  • Obtain VCCs for house accounts, review tax-exempt certificates, and coordinate with finance
  • Assist with general office duties and special projects
  • Conduct audits for HR and Finance departments
