Job Description - Description of Duties and Tasks
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail, including importing and exporting data files into Raiser's Edge NXT
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection, entry, reconciliation, and reporting for gift and constituent records as it supports the Advancement team
- Regularly review data records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including latest constituent data and preferences
- Assist with BoardSpot and Board Committee administrative tasks and documentation as it supports the Senior Director of Advancement Services and Stewardship
- Update and maintain the Standards Manual and other policies and procedures as it supports the Advancement team
- Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, surveys, and compliance-related paperwork
- Prepare lists and reports in support of fundraising analysis and stewardship efforts
- Support other administrative, scheduling, and clerical tasks as needed
Knowledge
- Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining record accuracy
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets) including but not limited to formula creation, pivot tables, dashboards and reporting preparation
- Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) code of ethical conduct

- Ability to use features such as queries and lists to successfully pull data sets from CRM to support Foundation efforts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (preferred)
- Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software
Physical Requirements
Work is routinely performed in a standard office or similar environment
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds

Hourly Pay Rate
$24.10/Hour
