Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining record accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets) including formulas, pivot tables and dashboards.
  • AFP code of ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and data imports/exports to Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, entry, reconciliation, and reporting for gifts and constituents.
  • Review data records for accuracy and consistency, including latest constituent data and preferences.
  • Assist with BoardSpot and Board Committee administrative tasks for the Senior Director of Advancement Services and Stewardship.
  • Update and maintain the Standards Manual and other policies and procedures for the Advancement team.
  • Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, surveys, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Prepare lists and reports in support of fundraising analysis and stewardship.
  • Support other administrative, scheduling, and clerical tasks as needed.

Job Description Summary: Provides complex clerical and administrative support to a departmental office or program.

Job Description
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail, including importing and exporting data files into Raiser’s Edge NXT
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection, entry, reconciliation, and reporting for gift and constituent records as it supports the Advancement team
  • Regularly review data records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including latest constituent data and preferences
  • Assist with BoardSpot and Board Committee administrative tasks and documentation as it supports the Senior Director of Advancement Services and Stewardship

Knowledge Experience
  • Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining record accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets) including but not limited to formula creation, pivot tables, dashboards and reporting preparation
  • Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) code of ethical conduct

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (preferred)
  • Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software
Physical Requirements
  • Work is routinely performed in a standard office or similar environment
  • Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds

Hourly Pay Rate $24.10/Hour Up to 19 hours per week.
