Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s Surface Navy shipbuilding program at the Pentagon.

You will perform a wide range of administrative duties, manage calendars, coordinate travel in the Defense Travel System, and help prepare evaluations and awards for Deputy leadership. The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance, and at least a high school diploma with 2 years of experience (or college

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; substitute years of experience with college credits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoW Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties to support N96 operations.
• Maintain and archive documents and electronic files; manage calendars and meetings.
• Coordinate travel via DTS and prepare administrative packages (evaluations, awards).
• Process correspondences and support security and visitor control procedures.
• Assist in procurements, office supplies, and distribution of both unclassified and classified documents.
