Job summary

MCPC in Erie, PA is seeking an Administrative/ Analyst Helpdesk to provide first-line support for sourcing and suppliers, handle vendor setup/change requests, and assist across SCC, payments and supplier data management. You will ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and contribute to training resources on processes, while maintaining clear communication with teams and external partners.
