Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative support, reporting, data management, or operations support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track, compile, maintain, and distribute operational and workforce reports.
• Input, verify, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting and scheduling.
• Generate recurring reports and provide analytics for management decisions.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for operational teams.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative processes.
• Support payroll and timekeeping by reviewing records for discrepancies.
