• Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for operational teams.
• Assist with employee onboarding documentation and administrative processes.
• Support payroll and timekeeping administration by reviewing records and identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.

• Assist with workforce management functions, including staffing and scheduling support.

Job Summary

The Administrative Analyst provides administrative, operational, and reporting support to ensure the efficient execution of daily business functions. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Experience supporting payroll, scheduling, staffing, or workforce administration processes.
• Experience working in a contract, transportation, security, logistics, or operations-driven environment.
