Administration Automation and Support Specialist Level II

Koniag Emerging Technologies (KET), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Administration Automation and Support Specialist Level II to support KET and our government customer in the Metro DC area. This position is for a future new business opportunity.

Koniag Emerging Technologies LLC is seeking an Administration Automation and Support Specialist Level 2 to assist in managing and updating spreadsheets, databases, and automated workflows, while providing timely and friendly customer support to users of INL IT systems.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and update spreadsheet data with attention to detail to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Manage and update database information using automated processes where possible.
  • Utilize automated workflows to manage internal process trackers and email communications.
  • Set up and manage automated calendars or scheduling tools.
  • Manage mailboxes and triage help tickets appropriately.
  • Provide timely and friendly customer support to users of INL IT systems via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Communicate issues or suggestions regarding workflows or systems to the team.
  • Conduct analysis and generate reports to describe workflow outputs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree in the above fields or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist, Google Sheets Certification) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with administrative tasks, data management, or operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot automated workflows.
  • Experience with automated scheduling tools such as Calendly or Microsoft Bookings.
  • Basic data analysis skills for interpreting spreadsheet data and generating reports.
  • Customer service or support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or legal resident).
