Wayne Akers Ford is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Cashier to join our busy Service Department in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will handle payments, balance cash drawers, and manage communications with customers to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour plus bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays. Experience in automotive service is helpful but not required, and we value strong customer service and team

Wayne Akers Ford is seeking a full-time Cashier to join our busy Service Department. We are looking for a personable individual with outstanding computer and customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to handle challenging situations with the diplomacy needed to ensure our customers remain loyal. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction within a family atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00/Hour + Bonus

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements

• Collect all payments for the Service and Parts Department.
• Responsible to balance cash drawer daily.
• Handling of incoming phone calls, text messages and emails.
• Answer customer internet inquires for service by both email and phone.
• Schedule service appointments, reschedule no show customers.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
