Wayne Akers Ford is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Cashier to join our busy Service Department in Lake Worth Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will handle payments, balance cash drawers, and manage communications with customers to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour plus bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays. Experience in automotive service is helpful but not required, and we value strong customer service and team

Responsibilities

• Collect payments for Service and Parts.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Answer service inquiries by email and phone.
• Schedule service appointments and reschedule no-shows.
• Reach out to customers based on marketing incentives.
