The Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to both the Endocrinology and Nephrology divisions. The primary responsibility of the Admin Coordinator will be to deliver effective clerical assistance, ensuring smooth patient access through efficient management of provider schedules and assigned patient scheduling duties. This role requires flexibility, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet the dynamic needs of both divisions.
This position includes a diverse range of responsibilities, such as:
- Schedule patient appointments, including urgent or routine visits, based on provider availability
- Manage both inbound and outbound communication with patients and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with providers to offer assistance in managing schedule changes and updates.
- Close partnership with the Division Supervisor, Division Coordinator, or other team members in the timely completion of critical projects.
- Further assistance with completing patient forms ensuring accuracy and timely submission
