This position is a remote opportunity available in TX, FL, KS, KY, and NV.
Base pay: $40,000.00/yr - $52,300.00/yr
The UM Administration Coordinator supports utilization management through administrative and customer support activities, including handling incoming calls, processing referrals and authorizations, and assisting with clinical case triaging. The role requires working within defined policies with some discretion over prioritization, mainly supporting provider and member inquiries.
8 am - 5 pm
This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel for training or meetings. The role involves using HireVue for interviews and may require providing social security information during the application process.
