The Department of OBGYN is seeking an Administrative Generalist/Coordinator to join our team in support of our expanding clinical, research, education and community missions. This full-time position is in-person and based in Charlottesville on the Grounds of the University of Virginia. Our growing department currently supports over 50 clinical faculty in clinical care across the State of Virginia, the 20 OBGYN Residents, 2 Fellowships, and Medical Student learners. This role offers variety, opportunity to engage in collaborative problem solving and welcomes initiative in execution of tasks. After 6 months, the position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule of 2 days on Grounds with 3 days remote.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required.
Experience: Medical or academic medicine experience.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The anticipated hiring range is $57,000-$65,000, depending on the role and commensurate with education and experience.

This is a restricted position, which is dependent on funding and is contingent upon funding availability.
After 6 months, the position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule of 2 days on Grounds with 3 days remote.
