Brown & Root Industrial Services in Wisconsin seeks an entry-level administrative assistant to support executives with research, reporting, and clerical duties. You will attend meetings, draft correspondence, schedule calls, and help maintain records.
Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and good written and verbal communication. The role offers learning opportunities and a professional work environment.
Provide entry level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Perform all other duties as required.
Has developed knowledge and skills in own area; may still be acquiring higher level skills. Works with moderate supervision/ guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team. Expands knowledge and skills. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Works with others as part of a team 0-5 years of administrative experience. Previous experience in an engineering environment is preferable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail. Proofreading and editing. Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
