NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Global Publicity, to support the EVP and serve as the liaison for the Global Publicity team. You will manage calendars, handle calls, travel, expenses, contacts and filing; coordinate meetings and assist at premieres, press days and screenings; and help maintain interdepartmental communications and event logistics.

The Administrative Assistant will fully support the EVP, Global Publicity by managing the calendar, handling phone, travel, expenses, contacts, filing and all administrative needs. The role will also coordinate all Global Publicity team meetings, conduct research, assist at events such as premieres, press days and screenings, and manage interdepartmental communication.
$47,500 - $60,000 (hourly paid)
