Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Global Publicity, to support the EVP and serve as the liaison for the Global Publicity team. You will manage calendars, handle calls, travel, expenses, contacts and filing; coordinate meetings and assist at premieres, press days and screenings; and help maintain interdepartmental communications and event logistics.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and 1+ year of experience in the entertainment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, preferably with a publicity background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the EVP, Global Publicity’s calendar, calls, travel, expenses, contacts, and filing.
  • Coordinate all Global Publicity team meetings and prepare memos, presentations, notes, and agendas.
  • Maintain the global publicity team master calendar and film festival calendar weekly.
  • Support event needs, including premieres, press days, screenings, and offsite events.
  • Facilitate information flow between Marketing and the EVP, Global Publicity.
  • Book travel for external consultants and assist with talent jet bookings.
