Job summary

Union Depot seeks an Operations Administrator to deliver dedicated administrative, operational, and compliance support at site level. You will enable Site Managers to focus on leadership and safety while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth onboarding processes.

This role supports multiple sites in the Savannah/Pooler/Port Wentworth area, ensuring data reliability and governance across the Amazon account and strengthening site-wide compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support at site level.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting for multiple sites.
• Manage employee rosters and hours inputs.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities.
• Support governance processes across the Amazon account.
• Ensure data reliability and consistency of site-level information.

Job description

Pay: $18.44 per hour.

The Operations Administrator provides dedicated administrative, operational, and compliance support at site level to enable Site Managers to focus on strategic leadership, safety performance, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting for multiple sites, managing employee rosters and hours inputs, coordinating hiring and onboarding activity, and supporting governance processes across the Amazon account. The Operations Administrator ensures the reliability, completeness, and consistency of site-level data, and strengthens compliance execution. This role will be supporting multiple sites in the Savannah/Pooler/Port Wentworth area.
