Job summary

Elitek Vehicle Services, part of the LKQ family, seeks an Auto Data Labels (ADL) Sales Manager to drive growth and customer adoption. This individual-contributor role builds strategic relationships across insurers, MSOs, and collision-repair markets while supporting pricing and launches.

You’ll partner with sales, operations, product, and marketing to showcase ADL capabilities. The role focuses on accelerating revenue, supporting product positioning, and leading customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with sales and management.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in new customer acquisitions and current account retention, including sales and quotes.
• Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.
• Prepare proposals and agreements related to product sales.
• Manage inside sales personnel and assist with customer service and product issues.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors to increase market share.
• Drive ADL revenue by expanding strategic relationships with insurers, MSOs, and collision-repair orgs.
• Support ADL product positioning, pricing, campaigns, and launches with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate the ADL platform to customers and support calibration/repair planning.
