You will work with cutting-edge remote diagnostic technologies and perform bumper-to-bumper repairs, including OEM programming and ADAS calibrations, while developing strong customer relationships across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant certification.
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.
• Proficient use of diagnostic equipment and automotive services.
• Strong time management and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for repairs.
• Drive a Company vehicle safely.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper repairs, including OEM programming, ADAS calibrations, and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
