Job summary
SNAP Inc. is seeking an E‑Learning/Advance Distributed Learning Development Specialist in Mobile, Alabama. This role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional systems design, and training services to support USCG Advanced Distributed Learning initiatives.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Systems or related field.
- Minimum five years experience with Instructional Systems Development processes.
- Three years experience with relevant software tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare design documents and storyboards.
- Design navigational aspects of ADL products.
- Develop initial versions of online courses.
- Perform formative and summative evaluations.
- Maintain ADL objects on government servers.
