The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas RN license, a BSN for classroom teaching and an ADN for clinical labs, with at least two years of clinical nursing experience. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, NCLEX-RN prep, and student safety, with record-keeping and program involvement.

Qualificações

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Arkansas or eligible compact/multistate licensure.
• BSN required for classroom/didactic instruction; ADN required for laboratory/clinical instruction.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience at or above ADN level per ASBN.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse adult learners.
• Commitment to ASBN regulations and SEARK policies.

Responsabilidades

• Teach assigned nursing courses using approved curriculum and outcomes.
• Provide classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical instruction as assigned.
• Supervise and evaluate student performance and clinical competency.
• Incorporate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and NCLEX-RN preparation.
• Maintain attendance, grades, evaluations, and student records.
• Offer timely feedback, remediation, and academic support.
• Participate in faculty meetings and program activities; stay current on competency.
• Comply with licensure requirements, HIPAA, and safety standards.
