Job summary

Applicants must possess an Associate degree in nursing, active RN license, and two years of related work experience in nursing. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential.

The role includes curriculum development, student interaction, and participation in college activities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas State or another compact state.
• Two years of related work experience as an LPN or RN in medical/surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and/or critical care nursing.
• Ability to teach flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare materials for assigned courses.
• Develop evaluation methods that align with course outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
