Qualifications

• Master's in nursing or BSN with MSN plan within 2 years.
• Current Louisiana RN license (unencumbered).
• At least two years of clinical RN practice.
• Experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, or mental health.
• Strong communication, organization, instructional, and computer skills; student-centered.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening/weekend clinical instruction with simulation lab when applicable.
• Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings to build nursing skills.
• Provide timely feedback, mentor students, and connect with college resources.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to review objectives and evaluate learning environments.
• Prepare course materials and syllabi; maintain attendance, progress, and grading records.
• Create an accessible learning environment and meet accreditation requirements.
