Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in the discipline.
• Three (3) years of experience as a practicing Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Current American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need.
• Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.
• Provide instruction and evaluate students in the classroom, lab, or clinical settings as needed.
