Job summary

Tennessee Board of Regents invites applications for a part-time adjunct instructor in Computer Applications, teaching day, evening, and online classes at Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or other off-campus centers. Instructors may be assigned to various campuses each semester and will use the eLearn system for all classes.

The role requires a master’s degree with related graduate coursework and strong communication with students and college personnel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• 18 graduate semester hours in Computer Information Systems/Computer Applications or related subject area; industry certifications acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in Covington, Dyersburg, and/or Paris; prepare course materials.
• Evaluate student learning; maintain class records and submit reports on time.
• Fully utilize the LMS (eLearn) for all classes; attend required meetings; report attendance and final grades.
• Communicate curriculum and personnel needs to assigned chair/dean.
