Motlow invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor – Learning Support, Reading (Pool). The role delivers quality instruction across on-ground, online and hybrid formats and collaborates with course leads to ensure equitable student experiences.
Instructors utilize the college LMS to share materials and manage syllabi. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Reading/Literacy/English with related graduate hours and have at least one year of secondary Reading teaching experience.

This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction.
Bachelor’s degree in Reading, Literacy or English with at least three graduate hours in Developmental Education, Reading or Literacy or Bachelor's degree in English, Language Arts or Literacy and one year of secondary Reading teaching experience
College level teaching experience
Knowledge of and/or experience with a variety of instructional delivery modes, including synchronous and asynchronous online teaching. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse student, faculty and staff population. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Rate of Pay: $650.00 - $740.00 per credit hour
