The County College of Morris Foundation is seeking an Adjunct Instructor - Business to support teaching in alignment with department course outlines. The role includes creating an engaging learning environment and following the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses with possible day/evening and hybrid schedules, as well as participation in departmental activities. A Master’s Degree is required, along with strong communication skills.
Posting Summary. Position Title Adjunct Instructor - Business (Pooled Position). Department: Business Administration. This position supports teaching activities in accordance with the department/course outlines and the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
All faculty positions have as their primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment for students, while contributing service to the college. Faculty responsibilities include teaching assigned courses and following the course description and course outline established by the department. Teaching schedules may include day/evening courses and hybrid instruction and other instructional modalities. In accordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA), additional activities may include participation in departmental initiatives, evidence of academic achievements, recognition by professional and community organizations, and other duties.
