Eastern Iowa Community College District is seeking an instructor to teach Nutrition courses in-person at DeWitt CAC and Clinton Community College. Candidates must hold a Master’s in Nutrition or Biology and have 600 hours of nutrition field experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Expect a commitment to quality teaching, learning outcomes, and service to the college community. Salary is paid per credit hour, with EICC retirees earning a higher rate.
Responsible for teaching courses and assessing learning outcomes in the area of Nutrition. Must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service, must demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the community college.
Class Days/Times: MWF 8 – 9am & 12:30 – 1:30pm at DeWitt CAC and 8 – 9am at CCC
Location:In-person, DeWitt Career Advancement Center ( DCAC ) and Clinton Community College ( CCC )

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
The teacher must see and hear on a continuous basis as well as speak frequently. Positions may vary from standing, sitting, or walking.
Salary $700.00 per credit hour; EICC retirees $1000 per credit hour.
