Vincennes University Performing Arts Department in Vincennes, IN, seeks a part-time Adjunct Instructor of Music for fall 2025-2026. The successful candidate will teach class piano, applied piano lessons, and serve as accompanist/collaborator.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Music with an emphasis in Piano, or a related field with 18 credit hours in Music (Piano), or a Bachelor's Degree in Music with Piano and at least five years of relevant performance activity.
The Vincennes University Performing Arts Department is seeking applicants for a part-time position as an Adjunct Instructor of Music at the Vincennes campus beginning the fall 2025-2026 academic year. The successful candidate will be expected to provide collegiate level study in class piano, collegiate music course(s), and applied piano lessons. The candidate will also be expected to be able to serve as an accompanist/collaborator.
Candidates need a Master's degree in Music (with major emphasis in Piano), or a Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 credit hours in Music (with major emphasis in Piano), or a Bachelor's Degree in Music (with major emphasis in Piano) with a minimum of five years of relevant professional performance activity.
The candidate for this part-time position will not be eligible for benefits.
