Qualifications

• Doctoral degree is required for the Ed.D./doctoral programs.
• Experience as an educational leader and TK-12 admin is expected.
• Strong background in program development, project management, and curriculum.
• Experience with action research and scholarly writing.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor graduate and doctoral students across three programs.
• Contribute to online and in-person instruction for adult learners.
• Support rigorous, practice-connected learning in a stackable Ed.D. model.
