Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree with emphasis in leadership or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in P-12 education, preferably at cabinet level.
• Evidence of teaching graduate/postgraduate leadership courses.
• Experience delivering online or blended courses and use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate/postgraduate leadership courses as instructor of record.
• Deliver online and blended instruction to diverse student groups.
• Engage in scholarship and research in leadership disciplines.
• Advise doctoral dissertation committees and contribute to program development.
