Qualifications

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or hospitality with an emphasis on culinary arts. Certification by ACC or other accrediting agencies preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the culinary industry.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students in the learning process and commitment to student success.
• Collegial attitude with college community and external entities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Excellent computer and multimedia skills.
• Position requires moderate physical exertion such as long periods of standing and bending.

Responsabilités

• Teaches no more than 9 credit hours per semester (75%).
• Works as a team member in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Programs (10%).
• Contributes to campus assessment by measuring and reporting student learning outcomes (10%).
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean and Department Chair (5%).
