Qualifications

• The Chicago School online pedagogy training (TOPS) or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with LMS portals (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.) and IO Psychology.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and service.

Responsibilities

• Engage students in course discussions and assignments per syllabi.
• Provide substantive feedback and timely responses to student questions.
• Maintain communication with department administration, faculty and students.
