The Chicago School is seeking adjunct faculty for its Dallas Campus in Richardson, Texas. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

Responsibilities include teaching one evening course per week or on Saturday, offering 2–3 classes per term, and providing course materials and assessments aligned with program standards, with online instruction via Canvas.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Recent (past four years) teaching experience with a record of teaching at least four courses.
• Graduate teaching experience highly preferred.
• Minimum three years of organizational work experience.
