Henkel's Adhesive Technologies Engineering team in Rocky Hill, CT, is hiring a technically adept engineer to support a defined region with adhesives and equipment. You will troubleshoot, guide applications, and support trials, driving innovation and technical excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Market teams, development of project work, and delivering training and technical demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders. A practical lab background is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 1–2 years’ experience in adhesives or related field.
• Strong lab, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Proficient MS Office; familiarity with MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Become part of North American ACM Application Engineering, supporting a region and driving innovations.
• Provide technical customer support for adhesives and equipment; troubleshoot and advise on applications.
• Support customer trials and validations: test plans, lab testing, data analysis, reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to support retention and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Focus Market teams for key accounts and hero applications.
• Develop and execute application engineering projects; contribute to technical launches and trainings.
